Service and access

Coaching and courses provide education and skill development, not medical or psychological treatment. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Each course page states its language, duration and contents.

Manual payment

Each recorded course has its own price, displayed on its course page before purchase. Prices may differ between courses. Pay using the transfer method shown for that course. Notifying Nada of a transfer is a request for review, not proof of payment. Nada verifies the amount received before granting access to the purchased course. The applicable access period is shown before payment; ongoing access lasts while the recording remains available.

Cancellation and refunds

Recorded-course purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided. If we cannot deliver access to the purchased course, or a defect prevents the course from working and we cannot resolve it, we will provide an appropriate refund. This policy does not affect mandatory consumer cancellation or other statutory rights under applicable law. Please contact Nada by email if you encounter a problem.

Young people and minors

A parent or guardian must be involved in a minor’s enquiry and agree the consent and safeguarding arrangements before any session.
