  2. Pay with Whish

Once you agree on the details, send the transfer to the number Nada confirms. Let her know on WhatsApp or another convenient channel. A receipt is optional.

  3. Verification, then booking

Nada independently verifies that the money arrived, then sends you a private Calendly link to choose a time. Google Meet details follow the booking when configured.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin

Who can benefit from Parenting and Youth Coaching?

Parenting Coaching is for parents and caregivers who want to understand their children, navigate parenting challenges, set healthy boundaries, improve communication and build stronger family connections. Youth Coaching supports teenagers and young adults in developing confidence, emotional awareness and decision-making skills. Whether you have a specific challenge or simply want to grow, coaching offers a supportive, judgment-free space.

Does coaching replace therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy have different purposes and can complement each other. Coaching focuses on personal growth, practical strategies, self-awareness and goals. Therapy, provided by qualified mental health professionals, addresses mental health concerns and conditions requiring clinical assessment or treatment. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. When needed, Nada will encourage you to seek appropriately qualified support.

How long is a one-on-one coaching session?

A session typically lasts 60 minutes, providing time to explore your concerns, identify goals and discuss practical next steps. Sessions are personalised and focused on your needs.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people benefit from one focused session; others prefer ongoing support. We can start with one session, assess your needs and decide on next steps together, without a fixed commitment.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Your privacy and trust are important. Conversations and enquiries are treated with care and confidentiality, and personal stories will not be shared publicly without explicit prior consent. Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal and safeguarding obligations. For minors, its boundaries and parental involvement will be discussed before sessions begin.
